Service Contracts to Customers

We want our customers to have their equipment available and working in the best possible way, so we are putting an emphasis on preventative maintenance to ensure customers that they can use the equipment without worrying.


Our preventative approach

  • As a part of each Service Contract VAKI visits every individual site to ensure that all equipment is technically functioning at its best, and that all staff is trained with the system.

  • The Service Contracts also includes virtually immediate access to back-up equipment in the unlikely event that something breaks at a critical moment.

  • Moreover is included in the Service Contract a stipulation that systems will be updated with the latest software on a regular basis.
